MMDA suspends road excavations in view of Christmas season

  MANILA, Philippines --- Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will temporarily suspend excavation activities on all Metro Manila national and city roads from November 13 to January 8, 2024. The suspension is in preparation for the surge of vehicles during the Christmas season.
