MANILA, Philippines --- The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has amended Resolution 10728 on the gun ban to fast-track the issuance of certificates of exemptions, Chairman Saidamen Pangarungan announced in a statement issued on Wednesday. The Committee on the Ban on Firearms and Security Concerns was given one week, starting Wednesday, to finalize the proposed amendments.
