MANILA, Philippines --- Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) turned over to the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) all of the properties, records, assets and documents that the board has pertaining to the latter's regional office. LTFRB board member Mercy Leynes says, this is to enable the BARMM to function autonomously.
